PolySeal has been purposely designed as a high-tech, no nonsense water proofing solution for virtually any environment. It is the Swiss army-knife of waterproofing solutions.
Antiquated torch-on and bitumen based solutions are relegated to the past century.
In PolySeal, thermosetting resins are used as the principal polymer component due to their high thermal stability and resistance to a wide variety of chemicals. In simplistic terms, PolySeal waterproofing solutions, is a combination of geotextile, PolySeal emulsion and a modification of cement additive.

Polymer Pavements manufactures a range of Smart Materials. Initially PolySeal was developed and designed for sealing of dams. However, various waterproofing companies approached Polyroads enquiring whether PolySeal would be suitable for waterproofing. PolySeal being an industrial product used for lining dams, is ideally positioned for the waterproofing market. As a matter of fact, PolySeal is far superior to the majority of waterproofing solutions on the market. It was then decided to market PolySeal through existing waterproofing channels, rather than competing and possibly alienating potential partners in the business.
